It's been more than 20 years I started my health journey with some ongoing symptoms I had here and there, until "in 2012 I woke up with a huge burning rash all over my face, pain in my stomach. Since I went down a holistic health & wellness rabbit hole."  ~ Read my Full Story ~


I did not realize how much stressed I was and the impact on my body. I did not know as well the different form of stressors triggering and contributing to metabolic issues and various symptoms. I was not familiar at all how I could reduce my symptoms holistically by looking at the environments I was in, by modifying my lifestyle, by developing a positive growth mindset while introspecting myself with the way life was unfolding for me to grow, and how Life was about Energy around us, either positive that uplifts us or negative that pulls us down.


Through my journey I realized that what we eat and drink are not the only thing to consider for improving our overall health. Our mindset is one of them, what we think, the way we think, what we listen to, what we watch, what chemicals we are surrounding by, our work or school environment, our house environment, our lifestyle, along with our education, where and who we grew up with, our past experiences and the emotions presents at that time, and the type of stress we are facing everyday emotionally, mentally, physically... All of those stressors have a huge impact on our personal growth, which are in the long-term impacting our gut health and mind-body connection.


Today, I help anyone to feel better in their own skin, to connect overall symptoms with the amount of chronic stress experienced in life and various stressors impacting our health, along with connecting the emotions, the mindset, the lifestyle, the environments, and the importance of consuming more whole food and plants to improve health in a holistic way. 


Chronic stress management, self-awareness, change of lifestyle, and gut-brain connection health are my passion. I am sharing with you my vision and what is working for me and my family over the years. Changes take time, that is why I know how challenging this can be. I am helping investigate what is going on on a holistic and functional way with your situation, and you don't have to do this on your own!

How are you feeling?


The world we are living in today is very different from the one we left behind not too long ago. Even further, our lifestyle is far diverse from our ancestors where the use of technology the way we know it now with our smartphones, with our overscheduled days, our behaviors of consumerism, and the overstimulated information we are receiving everyday from the outside world (social media, news, internet, commercials) were not a thing. 

People were more in tune with nature, the seasons, the elements. They had likely a slower pace lifestyle. They were less artificial, less material, and where living in more communal and stable environments. Also the products they were using on a daily basis had less to no chemicals. The soil from their vegetable garden was by definition healthier and communities were accustomed to eat natural, whole, and nutritious food. To warp it all, they were using more natural approaches and plants to help with their whole health.


Even if we reached an outstanding technological breakthrough among with other evolutions known in our society like in science, research, and hygiene for example, our survival mode is far from being temporarily stressed from having a bear, a wolf, or a lion chasing us. Yet stress is an inevitable part of life and we are born with the natural response to protect ourselves from danger, stress became chronic instead of occasional.  

Nowadays, 70 - 80% of all doctor visits are for stress-related illnesses. With our lifestyle, our mindset, the overload of negative information, of events, of chemical in products we use and eat, and addition of societal expectations we grew up in and we are experiencing everyday, it all stimulates negatively and chronically our system. Functionally our body interprets all those factors with the fight or flight response, secreting various hormones to cope against those chronic stressors.


By introducing how our mind, our emotions, our body, our physical are impacted by chronic stress and stressors in our life, we have a better understanding about how to help ourselves, our children, and our family with various health and wellness concerns, and find a way to reduce them as much as possible with natural solutions.

 

Along with embarking on a self-growth journey through a personalized concept regrouping functional holistic health, wellness, life coaching & stress reduction activities, I offer a concept with various wellness services helping reduce chronic stress including a lifestyle change mindset that can be combined as a whole.

With working together with your health & wellness concerns and/or your children's... You are surrounded and supported by a local like-minded community! As I am also passionate about gardening, inspired from the wisdom of ancestral practices, I am developing locally a gardening community through Garden Of Life Community Projects. A connection of wonderful people passionate about Health, Wellness, Nutrition, Cooking, Gardening, Farming and about supporting each other... Physically ~ Mentally ~ Emotionally & Energetically!
