Located close to Charlotte, NC, Stephanie is developing her activity locally in the Carolinas, helping her community see life through a different lens and mindset by helping identify different forms of life factors that could contribute to indirect health and wellness concerns, while integrating a self-pace lifestyle change program to reduce those stressors.
Stephanie moved from France in 2010 with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Sales. She gained some experience in self and child-development in order to transition into a new country and a new career. She became an early childhood teacher and passed the Early Childhood Teacher Certification and the Administration I & II Certifications of North Carolina.
Her initial goal was to continue working with children professionally, until one day, in 2012, she woke up with a huge burning rash all over her face and pain in her stomach. Since then, she went down a health and wellness rabbit hole leading to where she is now, helping others holistically understand their own issues and what can be improved as a whole.
After a few years of investigations on how to help and optimize her health, and overcome some motherhood health challenges with her own children, she embarked on a holistic training journey:
Along with being passionate about holistic health, wellness & stress reduction, Stephanie is developing a like-minded local community with people, families, homesteaders, and farmers passionate about health, wellness, nutrition, cooking, gardening, and about supporting each other.

When one function in the body is not working properly, we experience over time a cascade of events called the Metabolic chaos®.
It is a state of health that could be inborn, responsible for symptoms that could be described as other causes, and/or coming from hidden stressors from underestimated influences from the environment we live in today.
H.I.D.D.E.N stressors are chronic stress-related dysfunctions as the result of imbalances in the body impacting:
• The Hormones
• The Immune system
• The Detoxification pathway
• The Digestion
• The Energy Production
• & the Nervous System
The D.R.E.S.S program is a drugless protocols & behavior change program supporting the whole body healing ability, by introducing new routine and reducing stressors through:
• Diet
• Rest
• Exercise
• Stress Reduction
• Supplements
Functional Labs help to look for possible solutions through investigation and correlations, and to understand better the root causes of the symptoms.
From food Sensitivity to Intestinal and Gut health tests, to name a few, lab testing results are here going to help us to investigate unspecifically and holistically, and to make correlations with your health situation and your main complaints.
It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat that impact our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives that nourish ourselves, such as: healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, a positive life environment, and mental, emotional, & spiritual awareness, to name a few.
So when these primary foods are in balance, what you eat become secondary. Through support from workshops, groups meetings, and events organized within the community, you will be supported to reach your holistic and wellness goals at your own pace.
The secondary food is what you put on your plate. During the process we will emphasize the importance of buying local and organic produce; eating whole grains, high-quality proteins and fats, and proper hydration.
We will discuss the importance of having balanced meals and will also enjoy together whole food recipes, along with cooking tips and activities to help you find what’s healthiest for your unique body.
Crowding Out food refers to the natural process that happens when we add more food that are beneficial to us, instead on focusing on withdrawing junk food or food sensitivity. By doing so, you will lean more progressively toward healthier food, while reducing the overall inflammation in the system.

Cravings play a critical role in understanding what your body needs and shouldn’t be ignored.
When you learn how to deconstruct your cravings and understand what they’re really telling you, you will be able to reclaim a sense of balance and harmony.
