My Journey
For more than 25 years, my own health challenges have shaped the way I understand wellness. Chronic illness during childhood, a significant medical reaction at 18, and a serious health episode in 2012 led me to explore natural and holistic approaches to well-being.
Through my personal journey, I learned how important it is to become an active participant in your health and to consider the many factors that may influence how you feel - including stress, lifestyle, environment, nutrition, and emotional well-being.

Coaching focuses on exploring patterns and supporting your wellness goals rather than diagnosing a medical condition.
4. Do you diagnose or treat medical conditions?
No. I do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure disease. Holistic health coaching is educational and supportive, and it does not replace care from a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare professional. You should continue working with your healthcare provider for medical diagnosis and treatment.
