1. What is holistic health and wellness coaching?
Holistic health and wellness coaching looks at the whole person—not only one symptom. We explore how stress, lifestyle, nutrition, movement, emotions, mindset, environment, and daily habits may influence your overall well-being. My role is to provide education, guidance, encouragement, and personalized support as you work toward your wellness goals.
2. Who can benefit from Stephanie Holistic Coaching?
My coaching may be helpful for women, children, families, and individuals who want to better understand their wellness, reduce chronic stress, develop healthier habits, improve their relationship with movement, or explore the possible connections between lifestyle and how they feel.
3. What concerns can we work on together?
Clients may seek support with ongoing stress, fatigue, digestive discomfort, aches, lifestyle challenges, emotional well-being, nutrition habits, sleep, movement, environmental concerns, or difficulty creating sustainable changes. Coaching focuses on exploring patterns and supporting your wellness goals rather than diagnosing a medical condition.
4. Do you diagnose or treat medical conditions?
No. I do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure disease. Holistic health coaching is educational and supportive, and it does not replace care from a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare professional. You should continue working with your healthcare provider for medical diagnosis and treatment.
5. What happens during the first appointment?
The first conversation is an opportunity to discuss your concerns, wellness goals, lifestyle, and the type of support you are looking for. We can review the available options and determine which approach may be the best fit for your needs.
6. What is the “What Is Chronic Stress?” workshop?
This is a two-hour educational workshop that explores how ongoing stress may affect the body, mind, emotions, lifestyle, and overall well-being. You will learn how to recognize possible stress patterns and discover practical strategies that may support a calmer and more balanced lifestyle.
7. What is the Mind-Body-Motion™ Wellness program?
Mind-Body-Motion™ combines wellness education, self-awareness, movement, fitness, and practical strategies for reducing chronic stress. The program is designed to help you connect what you learn with realistic lifestyle changes that can be incorporated into everyday life.
8. Do I need to complete the workshop before starting coaching?
The workshop is designed as the first step in the coaching program because it provides a foundation for understanding chronic stress and wellness. Depending on your goals, other options may be discussed after participating in the “What is Chronic Stress” workshop and introducing you to the Stephanie Holistic Coaching program.
9. Do you offer functional lab testing?
Yes. Functional lab testing is available as an optional service. Testing may provide additional educational information related to your wellness goals. Results are reviewed within a coaching framework and are not used to diagnose or treat disease.
10. What is the D.R.E.S.S. for Health Success® program?
D.R.E.S.S. stands for Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress Reduction, and Supplements. These areas provide a framework for exploring lifestyle factors that may support your overall wellness. Your plan is individualized and developed according to your goals, preferences, and circumstances.
11. Are your services available online or in person?
Services may be available through individual sessions, group programs, workshops, and community activities. Please contact me to learn about current availability, scheduling, and whether a specific service is offered online, in person, or both.
12. Do you work with children and families?
Yes. I offer support for women, children, and families. Family wellness may include education, lifestyle support, stress-management strategies, movement, and practical habits that fit the family’s needs.
13. How long does coaching take?
Every person’s journey is different. Some clients may begin with an educational workshop, while others may benefit from ongoing coaching, group classes, or additional services. The length of support depends on your goals, needs, schedule, and preferred pace.
14. Do you offer quick fixes?
No. My approach is based on education, self-awareness, personalized support, and sustainable lifestyle changes. The goal is to help you better understand your own patterns and create realistic changes over time—not to promote a one-size-fits-all solution.
15. What should I expect from working with you?
You can expect a compassionate, educational, and personalized approach. Together, we will explore your wellness goals, identify possible lifestyle patterns, and create practical strategies that fit your life. You will be encouraged to take an active role in your own wellness journey.
16. How do I get started?
You can begin by contacting me or scheduling an introductory conversation. We can discuss your goals, answer your questions, and identify the next step that feels appropriate for you.
Still have questions?
I would be happy to answer your questions and help you determine which wellness support may be right for you.
