To help go in-depth into Stephanie Holistic Coaching's philosophy and overview how we can work together on your health and wellness journey, I created a model including an Introductory Workshop, as a Step#1, to understand the topic of “What is Chronic Stress?” on a functional level, and "Mind-Body-Motion" a follow-up all-in-one wellness & fitness class series, as a Step#2 to help integrate through a weekly class setting what was covered during the Introductory Workshop, the mindset, how to reduce chronic stressors with natural solutions, and keep each other accountable.
Complementarly, with Stephanie Holistic Coaching I offer further services in one-on-one sessions or groups settings, addressing chronic stress reduction dedicated to women, children, and families.
In a nutshell, while providing natural solutions to reduce chronic stress through the workshop and the follow-up class series, I am also accompanying individuals in their well-being as a wellness detective known as a FDN practitioner.
Whether it is for yourself or someone you know, I am trained to investigate what is malfunctioning on a metabolic level, to identify healing opportunities, to address imbalance and everything non-specifically through different forms of stressors and hidden metabolic chronic stressors, and to enhance overall wellness through lifestyle changes.
As a FDN practitioner I am accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) and recognized by the American Association of Wellness Coaches (AAWC), ensuring high standards in holistic health and wellness coaching.

By connecting the body, the mind, the emotions, the lifestyle, and investigating in the various root causes of chronic stress and symptoms - overviewed briefly in the What is Chronic Stress? page - in the workshop we will talk about how our overall body and mind are impacted by the different factors of chronic stress on a functional level resulting in various health and wellness concerns. We will cover the mechanism, will emphasize how the symptoms can be addressed as a whole instead of being treated as targeted symptoms and specific conditions, and will introduce some natural solutions to help you reduce some chronic stress & stressors you might experience in your life, and calm down the nervous system.

After participating in the "What is Chronic Stress" Workshop… To help you feel supported on your wellness & health journey, feel accompanied in reducing chronic stressors in your daily life, and stay accountable among a community I created for you "Mind-Body-Motion", a 2h format follow-up wellness & fitness class series. The program is composed of 4 levels (so far) lasting each one 6 weeks, regrouping wellness coaching follow-ups sessions combined with fitness classes all together as a second step.
This is a unique way to integrate natural solutions covered in the chronic stress workshop. Each class is composed of different units teaching progressively about wellness, awareness, mindset, body function, physical movements, fitness activities, while incorporating a personalized lifestyle change concept, known as the D.R.E.S.S. for Health Success® program, that will be introduced to you during your enrollment process with Stephanie Holistic Coaching.

In a nutshell, the D.R.E.S.S is a trademarked lifestyle framework developed by Functional Diagnostic Nutrition (FDN) - which I have been trained since 2019 - that focuses on improving health and wellness through five key areas standing for: Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress Reduction, and Supplementation. During your enrollment process you will be asked to fill up detailed intake forms and provide valuable insights into the rating of a broad range of symptoms enveloping your lifestyle, your medical history, and your Metabolic Chaos Scorecard we will go over together before starting your first Mind-Body-Motion Wellness & Fitness Class Series. This comprehensive data, done beforehand, will serve as the cornerstone for an in-depth client history and lifestyle analysis, ensuring a holistic understanding of your well-being as a whole, paving the way for a personalized wellness plan I will guide you with through your classes, sessions, and all along your wellness journey.
A One Time Non-Refundable Enrollment Admin Fee…
To enroll and give you access to Stephanie Holistic Coaching’s entire wellness program, you will have a one time non-refundable enrollment admin fee to cover the admin steps and the complete analysis of your extensive client history and lifestyle forms to build a personal Wellness and Health Case Note. The admin fee includes as well a 30 minutes Introductory Call session to go over your case notes before starting your very first wellness & fitness class series, and to talk as well about your expectations, your goals, your intentions, and the concerns you might have.
Complementarily, Stephanie Holistic Coaching offers further services, as options, that can be combined with the follow-up wellness & fitness classes series. Overall, I am accompanying women, children, and families on a self-growth journey, through a personalized concept regrouping Holistic Health, Wellness, Life Coaching & Stress Reduction Services!

The secondary food is what you put on your plate. During the process we will emphasize the importance of buying local and organic produce; eating whole grains, high-quality proteins and fats, and proper hydration.
We will discuss the importance of having balanced meals and will also enjoy together whole food recipes, along with cooking tips and activities to help you find what’s healthiest for your unique body.
Crowding Out food refers to the natural process that happens when we add more food that are beneficial to us, instead on focusing on withdrawing junk food or food sensitivity. By doing so, you will lean more progressively toward healthier food, while reducing the overall inflammation in the system.

Through this process of change (of "enlightenment" as I like to call it) we will merge into the world of introspection by understanding the impact of our emotions as energy, frequency and vibration, along with the connection between our mindset, our gut and our soul, and learn about what to improve on the journey.
