 I am accompanying families on a self-growth journey, through a personalized concept regrouping Holistic Health, Wellness, Life Coaching & Stress Reduction Activities!


By connecting the body, the mind, the emotions, the lifestyle, and investigating in the various root causes of chronic stress and symptoms, overviewed briefly in the What is Chronic Stress? page, I am offering natural solutions to help reduce as much as possible overall chronic stress & stressors in your life environments, as a whole, through personalized lifestyle changes and self-healing approaches.


To help on your wellness journey reducing Chronic Stress... After participating to "What is Chronic Stress" Introductory Workshop as a first step, I created for you "Mind-Body Motion", a follow-up program as a second step. The whole "Mind-Body Motion" program is composed of 4 evolutionary levels, lasting 6 weeks each. It is an all-in-one wellness series program, integrating wellness, awareness, physical movement, fitness activities, and a personalized lifestyle change concept, known as the D.R.E.S.S. for Health Success® program.


To embark on a full journey, either is it for your children, for yourself as a women, or your family, Stephanie Holistic Coaching offers various Chronic Stress Reduction Activities such as:

Passionate as well about permaculture gardening and composting, I am developing locally with friends who own a homestead farm, a gardening community through Garden Of Life Community Projects. The health of the soil impacts directly the quality of the food that we eat and the integrity of our gut health. Everything is connected! "Mind-Body Motion" is one of the unique Stress Reduction Activities of Stephanie Holistic Coaching program.


The "Mind-Body Motion" is a  6 weeks all-in-one wellness series program personalized for children, women and families to introduce the base for a balanced Lifestyle, integrating wellness, awareness, physical movement, fitness activities, and a personalized lifestyle change concept known as the D.R.E.S.S. for Health Success® program.


Further in the wellness workout part, the weekly classes are composed of a combination of Intuitive Movements, Dance & Zumba® steps (for Total Beginner & Advanced), Fitness movements & Breathing Techniques.

The secondary food is what you put on your plate. During the process we will emphasize the importance of buying local and organic produce; eating whole grains, high-quality proteins and fats, and proper hydration. 


We will discuss the importance of having balanced meals and will also enjoy together whole food recipes,  along with cooking tips and activities to help you find what’s healthiest for your unique body.

Crowding Out food refers to the natural process that happens when we add more food that are beneficial to us, instead on focusing on withdrawing junk food or food sensitivity. Through this process of change (of "enlightenment" as I like to call it) we will merge into the world of introspection by understanding the impact of our emotions as energy, frequency and vibration, along with the connection between our mindset, our gut and our soul, and learn about what to improve on the journey.
