We are meant to move!
For a balanced lifestyle, physical activities are another important parts of Stephanie Holistic Coaching program, that helps stimulate and nourish the body and the mind. Practicing regular activities plays a role in various aspects of our body's envelope. It boosts the mind, activates the lymphatic system, helps the detoxification pathways to stay open, stimulates our organs and hormones, balances our metabolism and the flow of our energy, and brings benefits to our overall health.
The goal with Stephanie Holistic Coaching’s “Mind-Body Motion” wellness class, is to integrate progressively physical activities into your lifestyle, and build foundation to nourish your body as a whole. I create this program for total beginner. Either doing physical exercises is not your thing, you never did Zumba before and feel intimidated, you want to start new after a long time, or you want to change your exercise routine… This series program can be adapted for all.
The "Mind-Body Motion" is a 6 weeks all-in-one wellness series program personalized for children, women and families to introduce the base for a balanced Lifestyle, integrating wellness, awareness, physical movement, fitness activities, and integrating a personalized lifestyle change concept known as the D.R.E.S.S. for Health Success® program.
The "Mind-Body Motion" program is designed to help students be health conscious, get some exercises, stay active, be fit in their everyday life while learning how to “Zumba dance” and move to gain more flexibility, agility, mobility, muscle strength, cardio training, coordination, confidence, and cultural education while having fun!
Either you are familiar with dancing or not, learning to move your body through movements is key in this format as a way to express and connect with your own self. That is why I am integrating what I call “Intuitive Movements’’ for anyone to feel comfortable with the "Mind-Body
Motion" wellness concept to suit total beginner.
How to enroll to "Mind-Body Motion"?
After participating to "What is Chronic Stress" Introductory Workshop, as a Step #1, I created for you "Mind-Body Motion", an all-in-one wellness follow-up program, as a Step #2. The program is composted of 4 levels, lasting each one 6 weeks, integrating wellness tips, awareness, physical movement and fitness activities, regrouping a combination of "Intuitive Movements", dance & Zumba® steps (for beginner & advanced), strength and fitness exercises, along with breathing techniques.
Do you have children?
Moms are included in the fun… Instead of waiting on the side or dropping your children, you are part of the class and benefiting from wellness tips, and movements.
While learning one choreography per session after 5 weeks, you and your children will be able to enjoy the full choreography playlist.
The concept is suitable for children aged 8 years and over, and for homeschooling families.

The "Mind-Body Motion" is a 6 weeks all-in-one wellness series program personalized for children, women and families to introduce the base for a balanced Lifestyle, integrating wellness, awareness, physical movement, fitness activities, and a personalized lifestyle change concept known as the D.R.E.S.S. for Health Success® program.
Further in the wellness workout part, the weekly classes are composed of a combination of Intuitive Movements, Dance & Zumba® steps (for Total Beginner & Advanced), Fitness movements & Breathing Techniques.

Do you have children?
