For a balanced lifestyle, physical activity is one of the most important parts of the program that helps stimulate and nourish the body and the mind.
Daily activity is a "must to do" to stay healthy overtime no matter our circumstances in our life. It plays a role in various aspects of our body's envelope. It boosts the lymphatic system, the detoxification pathways process, the proper function of internal organs, the conduction of energies, and many, many more.
During the program, either in group or in one-on-one... You will enjoy daily or weekly exercises, tips, and movement suggestions that will fit your health situation and your level of energy production.
I created a 6 weeks "Body & Movements" program regrouping a combination of Intuitive Movements, Dance & Zumba® steps (for Beginner & Advanced), Fitness, Stretching & Qigong. I also personalize the class with a "Total Beginner steps program'', in private or group depending on your level.
Either you are familiar with dancing or not, learning to move your body through movements is key in this format as a way to express and connect with your own self. That is why I am integrating what I call Intuitive Movements for anyone to feel comfortable with the "Body & Movements" concept.
To go in-depth with stress reduction, I am offering as an add-on, an introductory class of "Qigong & Breathing" focusing mainly on The 5 phases of Personal Evolutions supporting every organ in the body that we will integrate during the 6 weeks program.
