I teach locally in the Carolinas children and parents about wellness, natural living, mindset, lifestyle, and chronic stress reduction.
The Kids & Moms' Body & Movements Wellness Workout class is a 6 weeks series program and contain several progressing levels #1, #2, #3...
Dedicated for beginners, each class emphasizes wellness & fitness movements, including self-awareness, and lifestyle tips.
The program is designed to help students be health conscious, get some exercises, stay active, be fit in their everyday life while learning how to “Zumba dance” and move to gain more flexibility, agility, mobility, muscle strength, cardio training, coordination, confidence, and cultural education while having fun!
The concept is suitable for children aged 8 years and over, and for homeschooling families.
Moms are included in the fun… Instead of waiting on the side or dropping your children, you are part of the class and benefiting from wellness tips and movements. If there are any younger siblings they are welcome to tag along depending on the age and space available.

Join the party for 2 hours of "Body & Movements" that builds even more memories and connections with your child or children, and family!

During this first 6 weeks routine program we will learn together basic Zumba steps, along with self-awareness, mindset, and wellness tips you can integrate right away in your daily life.
This 2h class format is composed of different activities with body function, warm-up, steps by steps Zumba moves, and more... Keeping children focused, interested, and engaged.
After completing levels #1 with one song a week at the end of the program dancing the whole Zumba routine will become easier and you and your children will have learn various wellness tips to implement in your daily life!
