Wellness & Fitness Class

To maintain a healthy lifestyle, physical activities are another important parts of Stephanie Holistic Coaching program, that helps stimulate and nourish the body and the mind. Practicing regular activities plays a role in various aspects of our body's envelope. It boosts the mind, activates the lymphatic system, helps the detoxification pathways to stay open, stimulates our organs and hormones, balances our metabolism and the flow of our energy, and brings benefits to our overall health.
Balance is Key
We know that finding time to exercise can be tough at times, but not exercising and doing too much sitting is as bad as over exercising, or practicing the wrong type of training. If the body is stressed, dealing with some form of inflammation, illness, disease, doesn't have enough sleep, or doesn't have time to recover between sessions, it impacts the endocrine and nervous systems, and depletes the body’s energy reserves instead of nourishing it and restoring it.
Mind-Body-Motion Wellness & Fitness Class - Step#2 of the Stephanie Holistic Coaching's program...
The Mind-Body-Motion Wellness & Fitness Classes Series is a unique concept in its kind. To incorporate what you have learned and to cover the natural stress reduction tips introduced during the "What is Chronic Stress?" Workshop, I created the “Mind-Body-Motion Wellness & Fitness Class".
Instead of having wellness coaching follow-up sessions and fitness classes separately, the goal of the program gives participants a fundamental base to maintain well-being naturally, while benefiting from weekly follow-ups built-in in a wellness & fitness class that are combined together. Overall, the classes help integrate progressively physical activities into your lifestyle, build foundation to nourish your body as a whole, while introducing the natural stress reduction solutions you have learned in the workshop.
Progressive Levels Classes Series
This 360 degree all-in-one class contains several levels lasting each one 6 weeks. So far Stephanie developed 4 levels, but more are to come depending on participants' development and interests.
Each class is composed of different units teaching progressively about - Mindset, Wellness, and Fitness:
Beginner Friendly
The fitness part is also designed for total beginners. Whether you are familiar with dancing Zumba or not, learning to move your body through movements is key in this format as a way to express and connect with your own self. That is why I am integrating various fitness movements and what I call “Intuitive Movements’’ for anyone to feel comfortable with the "Mind-Body-Motion Wellness & Fitness" concept to suit total beginners, or non-dancers.
For the first 6 weeks of Mind-Body-Motion - Level #1 - Each week you will learn one song at a time. At the end of the 6 weeks program it will become easier for you to dance the whole Zumba routine, while you have also learned various wellness tips to implement in your daily life! With Level #2 and above, it will be about practicing the whole choreography routine you have learned, along with integrating new songs and other wellness practices.
If you do not choose to learn about Zumba, in addition of various fitness movements, we will focus on "Intuitive Movements" involving connecting with your body's internal cues to determine how, when, and what type of movement feels right for you, rather than following exact movements by focusing on enjoyment and your personal needs.
Stress Reduction Techniques
During the class series, overall you will learn about various techniques to help reduce chronic stress, calm and regulate the nervous system, and learn about body function while getting introduced to the different areas of the D.R.E.S.S. for Health Success® intertwining in the program as a personalized lifestyle stress reduction concept.

I created the "Kids & Moms" version and moms are included in the fun… Instead of waiting on the side or dropping your children, you are part of the class and benefiting from wellness tips and movements.

After participating to "What is Chronic Stress?" Introductory Workshop Step#1 and understood Stephanie Holistic Coaching wellness and health concept, you have access to enroll to Step #2: "Mind-Body-Motion", as a 360 degree and an all-in-one wellness & fitness follow-up program. In a nutshell, the program integrates wellness tips, awareness, physical movement and fitness activities, regrouping a combination of "Intuitive Movements", dance & Zumba® steps (for beginner & advanced), strength and fitness exercises, along with breathing techniques.
